Software Return Policy
1-CD version (Cd) In the case you purchase the CD of any of our programs, you may returned them within 15 of the date of purchase for a refund provided a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number has been issued and a RMA Request Form has been filled ou. Your RMA number must be enclosed within the packaging before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
If the return policy period for a refund has not yet expired, you can request an RMA Refund, order a new item, and we’ll refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product.
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
- Carrier damage
- Defective product
- Product does not match advertising
- Received incorrect product
- Product was an extra item not ordered
Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.
2-Download version: In the case you purchase the download version of any of our programs, you have 3-days from the date of purchase. A 25% of restocking fee apply.
Returns may take 4 to 8 weeks to process.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and utilize registered US Mail or ask for delivery confirmation in order to provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All products returned MUST: contain ALL original materials, contain all manuals, and other accessories and documentation provided. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition, or will be subject to a 25 percent damage fee.
We reserve the right to deny the return of any product.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
Shipping
Most orders received before 1:00 pm (EST) will be sent the same day. We ship by USPS ground, which usually takes 2-4 days to deliver. We charge a flat-rate of $3.95 for shipping.
